  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (or tomato sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: Impossible burger, breadcrumbs, ketchup, garlic powder, vegan Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until browned on top. For extra flavor, brush with additional ketchup or BBQ sauce in the last few minutes.
