  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • Fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pierce spaghetti squash multiple times; microwave on high for 8-12 minutes until tender.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook in a skillet with melted butter until no longer pink (about 7 minutes).
