  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, sugar, and salt. Incorporate cold butter until crumbly. Add ice water to form a disc. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling, mix strawberries with granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice; let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Roll out half the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
