  • 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until well blended. Press into the prepared pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top and swirl gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle coconut evenly over the top, then add chopped pecans, followed by semisweet chocolate chips and white baking chips.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
