  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Low Carb Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season and brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; remove once fully cooked.
  2. Sauté sliced onion and green pepper in the same skillet until browned; set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to broil; add remaining butter, garlic, and basil to skillet; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream; let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Return beef and veggies to skillet; mix well and top with provolone cheese.
  6. Broil for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
