  • 1 cup raw pecan pieces
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (60-75% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 6" springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the pecans, coconut, and salt until clumped together. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut cream in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Slice into eight pieces and serve chilled or at room temperature.
