  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese (or Romano cheese)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup low carb pizza sauce
  • Optional pizza toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor or electric mixer, blend softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Mix in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried oregano until well combined.
  3. Layer 1 cup of Asiago cheese at the bottom of the pan followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. Pour the egg mixture over the cheeses.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and spread low carb pizza sauce on top. Add optional toppings and another cup of mozzarella.
  5. Broil on high until bubbly and golden brown, watching closely to prevent burning.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
