  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 bell peppers (any color)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve the bell peppers and remove seeds. Drizzle cut sides with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
