  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ⅓ cup lower carb BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
