  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients by washing and cutting the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in broccoli along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until creamy. Top with remaining cheese and cover for 2–3 minutes to melt.
