  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon dried chives
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
  3. Place blanched broccoli in a greased 9×9 casserole dish.
  4. Season chicken with parsley, chives, dill weed, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Sauté seasoned chicken in olive oil until cooked through; add minced garlic for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Combine the sautéed chicken with broccoli in the casserole dish.
  7. In the skillet, mix heavy cream and whisk until thickened before adding cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  8. Pour cheese mixture over chicken and broccoli; toss to coat evenly.
  9. Top with remaining cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
