  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup butter (divided)
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook chicken and broccoli to save time.

  5. Add chicken broth, bring back to a simmer. Stir in cooked chicken and broccoli; simmer an additional 5 minutes.
