  • ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ¼ cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, onions, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and onions are tender (about 5 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in black pepper, minced garlic, and kosher salt; cook for an additional few minutes.
  4. Mix in avocado oil mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and one cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
