  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1:1 All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Vegetable oil for pan
