  • ¾ cup warm water

  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, rolling each into an oval shape about 3/8 inch thick.
  5. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  6. Cook one naan at a time for about 30 seconds on one side until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Stack cooked naan under a tea towel to keep warm.
