  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat chicken thighs dry and coat with olive oil.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the chicken thighs.
  5. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 6-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle half the parmesan on top and air fry for an additional 2 minutes; repeat with remaining cheese.
