  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the skillet.
  4. Add gnocchi and simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet along with Parmesan cheese; stir until melted and evenly coated.
