  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 to 3 scallions, finely sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with half of the sliced scallions and ranch seasoning; mix until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish and pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and top each breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes, then sprinkle cheddar cheese and turkey bacon on top.
  6. Return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Garnish with remaining scallions before serving.
