  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1½ cups superfine almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese; microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
  3. Add baking powder, ranch dressing mix, and almond flour to the mixture; mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and turkey bacon until evenly distributed.
  5. Spray an iron skillet with cooking spray, form dough into balls (11–12), and place them in the skillet. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
