  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined.
  3. Melt butter with half of the chocolate chips over medium heat until smooth; whisk until glossy.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy with an electric mixer.
  5. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs while mixing.
  6. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
