  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes or asparagus, chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break apart Boursin cheese and distribute evenly over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily; broil for an extra 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and garnish with parsley before serving.
