  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ head cauliflower
  • 3 cups organic beef broth
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Italian herb seasoning
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Drain excess grease, return the skillet to medium heat, and brown the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cauliflower and beef broth; simmer until cauliflower is tender.
  4. Remove from heat and temper the cream before stirring it in with cheese until melted.
