  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 1/3 cup fresh apple (peeled and grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then incorporate vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture while alternating with apple cider.
  6. Gently fold in the grated apple until just combined.
